B1 急性氨處理對成年斑馬魚社交行為上的性別差異

氨為水中常見的污染源,環境中若累積過高的氨會影響魚類的生理功能及行為。而不同性別行為的差異會影響魚群的活動模式、繁衍與保護後代的能力等。因此本研究探討急性氨處理對斑馬魚不同社交行為影響中的性別差異。

B2 探討BMP在鏈渦蟲再生機制中扮演的角色

本實驗透過選殖鏈渦蟲骨塑型蛋白(Bone Morphogenetic Proteins,以下簡稱BMP)基因之序列、標定BMP基因的RNA於鏈渦蟲體內位置、下游通路蛋白和藥物抑制等方式,探討BMP基因在鏈渦蟲體內表現的位置及其作用。

B3 Mapping Emotion on a Color Space

Have you watched “Inside Out” and wondered why could certain colors represent certain emotions? In this project, the relationship between colors and emotions is observed by using factor analysis and cluster analysis. As a result, the emotion terms were divided into six groups and mapped on the World Color Survey.

B4 The Relationship between Impulsive Behavior and Dopamine, Glutamate system

For the purpose of realizing the neurochemical mechanism behind the impulsive behavior, this study was designed 1) to examine the relationship between FI (Fixed interval) and DRL (Differential reinforcement of low rate) responses, and 2) to assay the underlying neurochemical substrates of DA and Glu. For results, the endophenotype of impulsive action of time-based operant behavior could be associated with different levels of DAT and GluN2A expression in the mPFC, NAc, Hippo, and dSRT.

B5 探討大花咸豐草作為入侵種的生存策略

大花咸豐草在冬季會發展側枝並落地生成不定根,我們要研究的是大花咸豐草利用不定根繁殖的優勢。我們觀察大花咸豐草之解剖構造,並以發根實驗測試大花咸豐草之不定根生長能力,最後以乾重實驗觀測大花咸豐草由營養繁殖而出的植株佔比。

B6 Mitochondria transfer ameliorates disturbed flow-induced proatherogenic effects through metabolic reprogramming in human endothelial cells

In this study, a therapy called mitochondria transfer, isolating healthy mitochondria, and transferring them into unhealthy cells, was employed to ameliorate endothelial cells dysfunction, which would develop atherosclerosis.
